PhotoAI.cloud respects intellectual property rights and complies with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). If you believe that content processed through our Service infringes your copyright, you may submit a takedown notice.

Important Note About Our Service

PhotoAI.cloud does not store, host, or publicly display any images uploaded by users. All images are processed and deleted immediately. We therefore cannot "take down" images that no longer exist on our servers. However, we take copyright concerns seriously and will review all notices received.

Filing a DMCA Takedown Notice

To submit a valid DMCA notice, please include ALL of the following:

1. Your identification: Your full name, address, telephone number, and email address.

2. Identification of the copyrighted work: A description of the work you claim is infringed, including its URL or other identifying information.

3. Identification of the infringing material: Specific information about where the alleged infringement is located (note that images are not stored on our servers).

Counter-Notification

If you believe your content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notification including your contact information, identification of the removed content, a statement under penalty of perjury that the content was removed by mistake or misidentification, and your consent to jurisdiction.

Repeat Infringers

PhotoAI.cloud will terminate access for users who are determined to be repeat infringers of copyright.

Abuse of DMCA Process

Filing a false DMCA notice is a federal crime under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f). Misrepresentations may result in liability for damages.
